Soul: The most important part of what we do together will be to examine the soul of your organization. The driving passions and values that make for a healthy climate to emerge from a group of people committed to one central mission. Like our DNA, all parts must function together as one to accomplish the mission. Everyone must embrace the soul of the organization, especially the core leaders and senior staff. There must be a passion at the core of the organization, one that draws others in with acceptance, openness, and respect for all. Every business and nonprofit has a structure and a strategy, but the soul can be elusive.

Size is not a determining characteristic of soul. Recasting a dream, consistent with your structure and implemented through a strategy designed for your context, is essential to achieving your mission.
